Baan Avantgreen is situated in the relaxing environment of the Laguna golf
course. The villa is a perfect holiday home suited for those passionate about
golf.
This villa is built in a classic town home design, with beautiful Thai
paintings combined with the traditional furniture from Northern Thailand and
private pool.
The villa is accessed either through the main door the entrance courtyard or
via the double electronic carport gates. The front door from the landscaped
atrium leads into the hall giving access to the kitchen, living/ dining area and
the pool for up the "Maka" wood staircase to the sleeping quarters.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a utility area and maids room. There is
full time maid service during the day.
The dining area, which has a huge wooden table and comfortable chairs for a
party of 8. The living room windows are large and the sliding doors enhance the
airy feel of the home and provide stunning views over the pool and the green
golf course.
The pool has a shady "sala" for outdoor relaxing and casual entertaining, 2
sun beds at the poolside are available for sun seekers.
A total of three bedrooms on the upper floor, the 2 guest bedrooms, 1 with
exotic queen bed and another 2 single beds, share a bathroom. The end of the
hallway leads to the master bedroom with king-size bed, overlooking the golf
course.
This home is characterized by the modern design incorporating modern
convenience with Thai charm and attention to detail. Asian hardwood, terracotta,
marble and granite together with tasteful furniture make this fully air
